Located in Old Town Bay St Louis, Renewing Touch Therapies strives to help clients feel and live better through the healing properties of therapeutic massage.
Rachel Le Louis Bidwell (MS LMT #1847) has been drawn to massage as far back as she can remember. Wanting to refine her intuitive gift of touch, she received her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Virginia College, focusing on Massage Therapy. In 2011 she opened Renewing Touch Therapies Day Spa to provide relaxing, healing treatments personalized just for you.
Whether if therapeutic or for simply relaxation, Rachel does amazing work! She helped me with sciatica issues, those icky stress knots you get in your neck and shoulders, even when I had a tendon problem in my foot. The girl is a miracle worker; she's got the touch!
Rachel puts the therapy in a massage. By far, most therapeutic back work I've ever had done. Schedule an appointment!
